We Raise Wagyu Steers on pristine river valley grasses using a regenerative rotational grazing method. This method is healthier for the steers as it allows the manure deposited to break down in between grazing cycles. It also allows the break up of the soil without loss of protective organic layers.

These Wagyu steers are Fed and Finished on Grass, supplemented with @ 5% Sunflower pellet Colorado Mills "Black Gold" the flavor is outstanding.
